摘要
大学本科法学教学直接关系着法律职业者的专业素质与从业能力,从而对国家法治建设产生巨大影响。我国本科法学教学及其改革还存在着诸多问题,体察现行教学积弊,深化教学改革与创新,继而努力改进本科法学教学成为推进国家法治进程的重要功能环节。
