慢性酒中毒病人认知功能障碍与脑电图变化

COGNITIVE DYSFUNCTION AND CHANGES OF ELECTROENCEPHALOGRAPHY IN CHRONIC ALCOHOLIC PATIENTS

探讨慢性酒中毒病人认知功能障碍与脑电图变化的关系。方法··:同期选取慢性酒中毒病人81例及非饮酒者78例进行记忆功能、智力测定及脑电图检查。结果··:慢性酒中毒病人组记忆功能和智力各项分均显著低于正常组 (P<0.001) ;脑电图异常组的记忆两项分测验及总分和记忆商 (MQ)均低于脑电图正常组 (P<0.05 -0.01) ;脑电图异常组的智力测验中语言智商和总智商 (IQ)分低于脑电图正常组 (P<0.05 -0.01)。结论··:慢性酒中毒病人的认知功能减退与酒中毒后脑电生理活动变化有相关性。

Objective: To explore the relationship between cognitive dysfunction and the changes of electroencephalography(EEG) in chronic alcoholic patients. Method: 81 chronic alcoholic patients and 78 nondrinkers were tested with Clinical Memory Scale, Wechsler Adult Intelligence and EEG. Result: Scores in each item of memory and intelligence of the chronic alcoholic patients were obviously lower than those of the normal (P<0.001); for the memory of abnomal EEG group, the scores of the two tests, the total scores and MQ were lower than those of the normal (P<0.05,0.01); for intelligence ,the abnormals, VIQ and IQ were lower than those of the normal (P<0.05,0.01). Conclusion: The decadence of memory and intelligence of the chronic alcoholic patients are related to the changes of electrophysiological activities induced by alcohol accumulations.
