摘要一、病例摘要病例1：患者68岁,主因＂乳腺癌术后8年,于2006年2月16日首次收治北京大学人民医院。患者17年前自然绝经,绝经后无阴道出血及排液,8年前因乳腺癌行手术治疗,术后服用三苯氧胺5年余。既往无其他病史,孕1产0。1年前查体发现子宫内膜厚，不伴任何不适。
