摘要暴发性1型糖尿病（fulminant type 1 diabetes,FT1DM）最早由日本学者Imagawa等[1]于2000年首次报道,目前暂归于特发型1型糖尿病（1B型）。本病起病急骤,病情凶险,大多于妊娠中晚期或分娩后立即发病[2],如未及时诊断和治疗,不但自身危害大,而且常导致胎儿死亡。
