摘要
目的:探讨艾灸对幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,H.pylori)胃炎大鼠血清H.pyloriIgG和eHSP72含量的影响,初步揭示艾灸干预H.pylori胃黏膜炎性损伤,保护胃黏膜的机制.方法:50只健康大鼠随机分为5组,即A空白组、B模型组、C艾灸组、D艾灸非穴点组和E电针组,每组10只.采用H.pylori灌胃造模,酶联免疫法检测大鼠血清H.pyloriIgG和eHSP72含量.结果:与A组比较,B组大鼠胃黏膜UI、血清H.pyloriIgG和eHSP72含量升高(0.50±1.00vs6.50±4.75,76.72μg/L±11.02μg/Lvs131.91μg/L±30.04μg/L,152.2ng/L±22.72ng/Lvs222.59ng/L±56.69ng/L,P<0.01);与B组相比,C组大鼠UI和H.pyloriIgG含量降低(6.50±4.75vs1.00±2.00,131.91μg/L±30.04μg/Lvs86.25μg/L±18.63μg/L,P<0.01),eHSP72含量升高(222.59ng/L±56.69ng/Lvs285.54ng/L±68.23ng/L,P<0.05);与D组相比,C组大鼠UI和H.pyloriIgG含量降低(3.00±5.00vs1.00±2.00,116.19μg/L±31.25μg/Lvs86.25μg/L±18.63μg/L,P<0.01),eHSP72含量升高(185.97ng/L±77.62ng/Lvs285.54ng/L±68.23ng/L,P<0.01);与E组比较,C组大鼠H.pyloriIgG含量降低(120.25μg/L±25.40μg/Lvs86.25μg/L±18.63μg/L,P<0.01).结论:艾灸穴位可干预并减轻H.pylori胃黏膜炎性损伤,此作用可能是通过艾灸诱导血清eHSP72大量表达,启动和调控机体免疫系统对入侵的病原物H.pylori清除,达到抑制H.pyloriIgG形成和保护胃黏膜损伤的作用.
AIM:To investigate the effect of moxibustion pretreatment on serum levels of Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori) IgG and extracellular heat shock protein 72(eHSP72) in rats with H.pylori-induced gastritis.METHODS:Fifty healthy rats were randomly divided into five groups:A(normal controls),B(infected with H.pylori),C(moxibustion at acupoints),D(moxibustion at non-acupoints),and E(electroacupuncture at acupoints).Gastritis was induced in rats by oral gavage with H.pylori.The levels of serum H.pylori IgG and eHSP72 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.RESULTS:Compared to group A,the ulcer index and serum levels of H.pylori IgG and eHSP72 significantly increased in group B(0.50 ± 1.00 vs 6.50 ± 4.75,76.72 μg/L ± 11.02 μg/L vs 131.91 μg/L ± 30.04 μg/L,152.2 ng/L ± 22.72 ng/L vs 222.59 ng/L ± 56.69 ng/L,all P 0.01).Compared to group B,the UI and serum levels of H.pylori IgG significantly decreased(6.50 ± 4.75 vs 1.00 ± 2.00,131.91 μg/L ± 30.04 μg/L vs 86.25 μg/L ± 18.63 μg/L,both P 0.01) and serum levels of eHSP72 significantly increased in group C(222.59 ng/L ± 56.69 ng/L vs 285.54 ng/L ± 68.23 ng/L,P 0.05).Compared to group D,the UI and serum levels of H.pylori IgG significantly decreased(3.00 ± 5.00 vs 1.00 ± 2.00,116.19 μg/L ± 31.25 μg/L vs 86.25 μg/L ± 18.63 μg/L,both P 0.01) and serum levels of eHSP72 significantly increased in group C(185.97 ng/L ± 77.62 ng/L vs 285.54 ng/L ± 68.23 ng/L,P 0.01).Compared to group E,serum levels of H.pylori IgG significantly decreased in group C(120.25 μg/L ± 25.40 μg/L vs 86.25 μg/L ± 18.63 μg/L,P 0.01).CONCLUSION:Moxibustion at acupoints reduces H.pylori-induced gastric mucosal injury possibly via mechanisms associated with increasing serum levels of eHSP72.
