线虫中RAB-27与其效应物RBF-1调控致密核心囊泡的栓系和锚定过程

摘要 致密核心囊泡的转运、栓系、锚定和成熟过程的分子机制尚不清楚.本文以秀丽隐杆线虫(简称线虫)为模式生物来研究致密核心囊泡分泌过程中Rab蛋白及其效应物的功能.实验认为,RAB-27/AEX-6,而非RAB-3,是神经肽释放所必需的.通过全内反射荧光显微镜技术分析了质膜附近致密核心囊泡的运动情况,阐述了RAB-27/AEX-6和囊泡的栓系相关,而RAB-27的效应物Rabphilin/RBF-1则是早期囊泡和膜栓系及稳定锚定所必需的.
