摘要
目的 :观察高血压患者血浆氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白(Ox- L DL)水平 ,及化学结构无巯基的血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂 (ACEI)降压的同时 ,是否会对 Ox- L DL产生影响。方法 :选择高血压患者 5 6例及年龄、性别相当的正常对照者30例。高血压组口服依那普利 5 mg,每日二次 ,共 16周 ,于服药前、服药后 8周及 16周 ,分别采集清晨空腹静脉血 ,检测血清甘油三脂 (TG)、胆固醇 (TC)及血浆 Ox- L DL、丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶GSH- Px。结果 :高血压组 Ox- L DL、MDA显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,SOD、GSH- Px低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。服药 8周时无显著变化 ,16周时 Ox- L DL(P<0 .0 5 )及 MDA(P<0 .0 1)显著降低 ,TG、TC稍有下降 ,GSH- Px、SOD稍有升高 ,但无统计学意义。结论 :高血压病患者血浆 Ox- L DL 显著增高 ,口服依那普利可在一定程度阻止 L
Objective:To observe the effect of enalapril on level of the plasma oxidized low density lipoprotein in hypertensive patients. Methods: 56 essential hypertensive patients and 30 controls with sex and age matched were enrolled. The patients were administrated with enalapril in a dosage of 5 mg twice daily for 16 weeks. The morning venous blood was collected to determine the serum level of glyceryl trinitrate(TG), cholesterol(TC) and the plasma level of Ox LDL, malondyladehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) before administration and 8, 16 weeks after. Results:The level of Ox LDL and MDA of the patient group were significantly higher than those of controls( P <0 01). After 8 weeks treatment the Ox LDL, MDA levels were of no significant change( P >0 05), but Ox LDL and MDA were decreased significantly( P <0 05) after 16 weeks adminastration. The levels of TG, TC seems to decline but not significant. Conclusion:There were increased plasma Ox LDL level in the hypertensive patients, and enalapril decrease the plasma Ox LDL and MDA levels.
