藤茶总黄酮体外抗肿瘤实验研究

Studies on anti-tumor effect of total flavonoids from Ampelopsis grossedntata

目的观察藤茶总黄酮在体外对肿瘤的影响作用。方法应用四甲基偶氮唑蓝法研究藤茶总黄酮对肿瘤细胞体外增殖的影响。结果藤茶总黄酮对人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7、人前列腺癌细胞PC3和人前列腺癌细胞LNcap的抑制作用都比较强,且剂量依赖性比较明显,随着药物浓度的增大抑制率也随之增大。72 h半数抑制浓度IC50分别为19.15、163.98、27.54μg/mL。结论藤茶总黄酮在体外对人乳腺癌和人前列腺癌有明显的抑制作用。

Objective To observe total flavonoids from Ampelopsis grossedntata in vitro to the tumor effect. Methods Applying four methylazo thiazole blue method is used to study for total flavonoids from Ampelopsis grossedntata tumor cells in vitro proliferation influence. Results Total flavonoids from Ampelopsis grossedntata were strong inhibition in vitro proliferation of human breast cancer cells MCF-7 and human prostate cancer cells PC3, LNcap and was dose dependent, inhibition rate as the drug concentration increases the lattar,they were IC50 of 72 h for 19.15,163.98,27.54 μg/mL. Conclusion Total flavonoids from Ampelopsis grossedntata in vitro of human breast cancer and human prostate cancer with obvious inhibition.
