甲硫氨酸维生素B1治疗婴儿肝炎综合征的作用研究

Observation of therapeutic effect of ganciclovir united with methionine-vitamin B1 for infantile hepatitis syndrome

目的研究甲硫氨酸维生素B1辅助治疗婴儿肝炎综合征的疗效。方法选择2010年10月～2011年12月住院治疗的60例婴儿肝炎综合征患儿,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组给予甲硫氨酸维生素B1,辅以保肝、退黄等常规治疗,对照组仅给予常规治疗。结果实验组血清总胆红素、直接胆红素及ALT较对照组明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲硫氨酸维生素B1辅助治疗婴儿肝炎综合征疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect for infantile hepatitis syndrome by methionine-vitamin Br Methods Collect 60 cases of infantile hepatitis syndrome,were divided into two groups.Experimental group received methionine-vitamin B1 and conventional therapy including hepatoprotection and cholaneresis;control group received only conventional therapy. Results The serum TB,DB and ALT were obviously decreased in the experimental group than control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Treating infantile hepatitis syndrome with methionine-vitamin B, were evident effect.
