阿仑磷酸钠联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗老年骨质疏松临床研究

Alendronate and salmon calcitonin in the treatment of senile osteoporosis clinical research

目的:探讨阿伦磷酸钠联合鲑鱼降钙素(密盖息)用药对老年骨质疏松性疼痛的临床疗效。方法:采用两者联合用药的方法,观察对180例老年骨质硫松性疼痛患者的疗效,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组90例。两组患者均给予阿仑磷酸钠片及骨化三醇,观察组在此基础上,给予鲑鱼降钙素治疗。两组患者的治疗时间均为4周。疗效评价采用视觉模拟评级法(VAS),对疼痛强度进行测定。结果:研究结果表明,观察组疗效优于对照组,显效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿仑膦酸钠联合鲑鱼降钙素用药,对老年骨质疏松性疼痛镇痛作用明显,疗效可靠,为该类疾病的治疗以及临床和科研提供了科学参考。

Objective To investigate the Allen sodium salmon calcitonin（dense cover interest） the clinical efficacy of the drugs on osteoporotic pain.Methods By their combination method,observation of 180 cases of senile osteoporosis sulfur pine pain patients,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,90 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given alendronate sodium tablets and ossification of three alcohol,the observation group on the basis of this,with salmon calcitonin treatment.In two groups of patients with treatment time is 4 weeks.Evaluation of the efficacy of using a visual analog rating（VAS）,pain intensity determination.Results The Results show that,the curative effect of therapeutic group was superior to the control group,significant efficiency differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Alendronate and salmon calcitonin treatment on senile osteoporosis pain,significant analgesic effect,reliable curative effect,for this kind of disease treatment and clinical and scientific research to provide a scientific reference for.
