合理定位 有机衔接──谈开放教育试点金融专业教学计划改革

对金融专业专科、本科教学计划进行一体化设计，制定专科、本科有机衔接的开放式教学计划是金融专业开放教育试点工作的首要步骤。考虑到金融在市场经济中“核心”地位、社会和经济发展对金融人才的旺盛需求以及注重培养专业复合型、综合型人才等因素，把培养目标的定位在：培养应用型、实践性高等专门人才上。教学计划在专科段注重技能培养、突出专业方向和应用性，而在本科段重基础、实行适度的宽口径。因此，在课程设置方面应作相应重大调整，同时强调实践环节。开放教育试点教学计划的设计必须最大限度的强化开放性，体现在教育对象完全开放性；学习者可以自主选择模块、自主选择一定比例的选修课程；取消学年制，实行学分制，并允许学分替换。

Through the 'all-in-one' design of the syllabus of Open Education Pilot Program Financial Studies, it isaimed to provide a smooth link between the diploma courses and BA courses. At the diploma stage, basicpractical skills are emphasized, whereas at the BA stage, both the foundations and openness of choices andcourse modules are emphasized. Learners can choose their own learning modules and optional courses. Insteadof academic-year system, the Open Program adopts a credit system.
