Measurement work is an important basis for railway safe production and operation management.The author describes the development of railway CS account management system of measurement instruments,which realize the whole process control management ranging from accounting of measurement instrument,verification planning,implementation of verification plan,and logout of measurement instruments.Meanwhile,it also can offer 24 automatically print reports of measuring instrument ledgers and more than 100 manual query functions for measuring instrument ledgers.
