摘要
围绕铁路通信信息化管理目标,结合铁路通信传输网资源管理现状,对铁路传输资源管理系统功能需求进行分析。并在此基础上进一步从系统功能结构、数据结构建模及工程设计等方面进行了解析,用于指导铁路传输网资源管理系统的建设。
Aimed at the goals of railway communication information management and combined with current situation of railway communication network resource management,the author analyzes the functional requirements of railway transport resource management systems.Furthermore,the structure of functionality,modeling of data structure,engineering design and other aspects of the system are discussed to offer guide for the construction of railway transport network resource management system.
