摘要 1本病例的临床特点①患者中年男性;②病程3年,慢性病程;③无明显诱因出现阵发性眼眶周围肿胀疼痛;④3年间患者曾就诊于肾内科、心内、眼科、皮肤科,均未发现可以解释此症状的疾病;⑤左侧眶周皮肤充血发亮,
