一次性根管治疗88颗感染根管的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation of One-time Root Canal Therapy for Infected Root Canals

目的:观察一次性根管治疗感染根管的临床效果,提高临床治疗水平。方法:选择诊断为牙髓坏死和急、慢性根尖周炎的患牙在一次治疗内完成根管预备和充填,分别为88颗与41颗,2次疗程根管治疗患牙的临床效果对比分析。包括术前、术后的疼痛状况,评价术后6个月、1和2年的治愈率。结果:根管治疗后,两组术后疼痛发生率的差异无统计学意义。术后6个月、1和2年两组的治愈率差异无统计学意义。结论:一次性根管治疗感染根管在术后疼痛和近期治愈率上与两次法是相同的,但却可以减少复诊次数,具备临床参考价值。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of one-time root therapy,and evaluate the reliability.Methods： Thecinical diagnosis are gingiva necrosis and acute or chronic periapical periodontitis which are treated once with canalpreparation and filling.The total number were 88 cases,compared with the clinical effects comparative analysis of 42cases treated twice with canal therapy.Including the pain status of pre-operation and post-operation,also evaluate thecurative rate of post-operation 6 months,one year and two years.Results： After the root therapy,there was nostatistical significance between the two groups.Also there was no statistical significance of curative rate between twogroup after 6 months,one year and two years post operation.Conclusion： One-time root therapy for infected rootcanals has the same clinical effects with two-visits in regarding to post-operative pain level and short term curative rate,but the one time root therapy could decrease the return visits rate,Therefore it has the clinical practicability.
