摘要
研制出与接触式干涉仪联用的线材不圆度测量装置,能精确测定直径为10～150μm细丝的直径和不圆度,直径测量误差为±0.27μm,不圆度测量值的重现性为0.1μm.
A device combined with an interference comparator and used to determine the diameter and out-of-roundness of fine wires of precious metals is designed. The errors in the determination of diameter from 10 to 150μm and the reproducibility of out-of-roundness are±0.27μm and 0.1μm respectively.
