摘要
脑电图是从颅外头皮或颅内记录到的局部神经元电活动的总和,是一种随时间变化的随机信号。在癫痫等发作性疾病中,脑电图的阵发性异常和临床发作多为随机事件,短时间的常规脑电图记录很少捕捉到阵发性脑电位发放,即使记录1~2h,也可能不能捕捉到癫痫样放电,从而增加癫痫诊断的难度。据统计,多次常规脑电图仅可使癫痫波检出率提高至60%,
