claudin-7在胃癌细胞株和胃癌组织中表达及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨claudin-7在不同类型胃癌细胞株及胃癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理之间的关系。方法应用免疫组化检测claudin-7在SGC-7901细胞株、BGC823细胞株及10例正常胃黏膜,36例不典型增生胃黏膜及45例胃癌组织中的表达。结果正常胃黏膜、不典型增生胃黏膜及胃癌组织中,claudin-7阳性率呈递减趋势,组间差异性有统计学意义(χ2=9.630,P<0.01);claudin-7的表达与肿瘤的分化程度、浸润深度及有无淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而在性别和肿瘤大小组内差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 claudin-7的缺失与胃癌发生发展及浸润转移有关,有望成为反映胃癌生物学行为有价值的标志物。
