子宫间变型浆细胞瘤1例报道

摘要 0引言 浆细胞瘤（plasmacytoma）是包括多发性骨髓瘤（mutiple myeloma,MM）、骨孤立性浆细胞瘤（solitaryplasmacytoma of bone,SPB）、髓外浆细胞瘤（extramedullary plasmacyto-ma,EMP）及浆细胞性白血病（Plasmacell leukemia,PCL）的一组疾病。其中EMP是指原发于骨髓造血组织以外的浆细胞肿瘤,是恶性单克隆浆细胞病变中较为罕见的一种,且因缺乏典型的临床特征,致使确诊相对困难[1],
