摘要
肱骨近端骨折约占全部骨折的2．5％，其中80％为无移位或轻度移位骨折，通常采用保守治疗可取得良好效果。但移位明显的Neer三、四部分骨折多数需要手术治疗。四部分骨折为肱骨近端骨折最严重者，有时手术亦难达到良好的结果，目前有不少学者主张行肱骨头置换。
