霸伯盂铭文考释

Interpretations of Inscription on Bronze "Ba Bo" Yu

近年来,山西省翼城县大河口西周墓地出土一大批有铭青铜器。其中M1017所出一件霸伯盂,器铭所记关乎古代宾礼制度,内容可与《仪礼·聘礼》、《礼记·聘义》、《周礼·秋官·大行人》及《小行人》等所载之相关文字互相发明,由此可窥见西周时期较为完整的聘仪,对于西周时期礼制的研究有着重要意义,是近年来商周青铜器铭文最重要的发现之一。本文对该篇铭文文字进行了详细考释,并结合传世文献对铭文内涵进行了初步解读;还结合该墓所出其他青铜器及铭文等有关资料,对该墓墓主和年代作出了简要的论述。

A large number of inscribed bronzes have been recently unearthed from Western Zhou tombs at Dahekou, Yicheng County, Shanxi Province. The ＂Ba Bo＂yu （霸伯孟） discovered in tomb M1017 bears an inscription about Western Zhou ritual system that corresponds to various historical records. It is one of the most important discoveries among Shang to Zhou bronze inscriptions and helps with the study on Western Zhou betrothal etiquette and the ritual system, qhis paper gives detailed explanations of the inscription with a reference to existing literature. It also briefly describes the occupant and date of tomb M1017 based on bronzes excavated from it and their inscriptions.
