3D—CTA与3D—DSA在颅内动脉瘤影像诊断中的对比研究 被引量:23

摘要 目的对比分析三维螺旋CT血管造影(3D—CTA)和三维数字减影血管造影(3D—DSA)在颅内动脉瘤影像诊断中的价值。方法对2009年6月至2010年6月期间因自发性蛛网膜下腔出血(sSAH)入院临床拟诊颅内动脉瘤的46例患者同时进行头颅3D—CTA和3D—DSA检查。研究并比较动脉瘤的检出情况、瘤颈显示情况、瘤体与载瘤动脉的关系等影像特点。结果46例患者,阴性3例,余43例患者共检出52个动脉瘤。将3D—CTA和3D—DSA检查的准确性进行比较,差异无统计学意义。结论3D—CTA可作为sSAH病因诊断的首选检查方法,但结合3D—DSA可以获得更多的信息,进而为治疗动脉瘤制定出最佳方案。 Objective To compare the diagnostic values of 3 - dimention computed tomography angiography (3D- CTA) and 3 -dimention digital subtraction angiography (3D -DSA) in intracranial aneurysms. Methods Forty- six patients with spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage (sSAH) admitted from June 2009 to June 2010 performed 3D -CTA and 3D -DSA examinations. The characteristics of 3D - CTA and 3D - DSA images were compared. Results Fifty - two aneurysms were found in 43 patients. There was no significant difference in accuracy between 3D - CTA and 3D - DSA. Conclusions 3D - CTA could be the first choice for patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage. More useful information could be obtained from 3D -DSA.
