内镜操作与抗血小板药物使用的指南介绍 被引量：2

摘要 抗血小板药物（APA）包括阿司匹林和氯吡格雷等在心脑血管疾病领域的临床应用日益广泛，而内镜操作期间如何使用这些药物，这就需要对操作出血相关风险以及如停药后血栓形成风险进行综合评价。欧洲消化内镜协会就目前内镜操作APA的管理进行了分级和循证推荐，现将指南主要的推荐意见介绍如下（表1）。
