摘要
采用粉末冶金工艺制备了铁硅铝磁粉心,研究了粉末粒度、绝缘剂用量、成型压力和热处理气氛对铁硅铝磁粉心直流叠加特性的影响。结果表明,粉末粒度越小,磁粉心的直流叠加性能越好;随绝缘剂用量的增加,磁粉心的偏置特性变好;成型压力的增加恶化了磁粉心的直流叠加特性;空气烧结能改善磁粉心的直流叠加特性。
FeSiA1 powder core was prepared by powder metallurgy technology. The factors influencing on the DC bias characteristic of FeSiA1 were studied, including powder particle size, shaping pressure, insulating content and heat treatment atmosphere. The results indicat that the DC bias characteristic of core made by smaller particle size is better. Increasing shaping pressure can worsen the DC bias characteristic, while increasing insulating content can improve DC bias characteristic. It can raise the DC bias characteristic when the core is sintered in air.
