摘要
针对国产与进口GCr15轴承钢钢领在材料、热处理及表面处理等方面存在差距的现状,通过对国产与进口钢领的成分、组织及力学性能的对比,分析了其在表面处理及热处理方面存在的差异,给出了提高国产GCr15轴承钢钢领的使用性能及寿命的相应措施。
Through the contrast between native ring and overseas GCr15 bearing steel ring regarding to materials,heat treatment and surface treatment,the difference in the aspect of heat and surface treatment was found out.Corresponding measures were given in order to improve the character of service and working life of native GCr15 bearing steel ring.
