摘要
介绍了YF40MnV易切削非调质钢在制作刀轴零件上的应用,并与45中碳调质钢在高频淬火及成本效益上进行分析对比,阐述了非调质钢替代45钢在刀轴制造应用的可行性。
The application of the non-quenched and tempered free cutting steel YF40MnV in the production of tool axis parts was introduced,and compares with the medium carbon hardened tempered steel in high-frequency quenching and the cost-benefit.The feasibility of application of replacing the non-quenched steel with steel 45 in the production of tool axis was described.
