摘要
综述了表面熔覆技术以及氩弧熔覆技术的特点,具体介绍了氩弧熔覆技术制备铁基和镍基涂层的组织和性能。并指出氩弧熔覆层显著提高了基体的硬度和耐磨性,给出氩弧熔覆技术在实际工作中应用的实例。
Surface cladding technology and the characteristics of Ar arc cladding technology were introduced.The topic was focused on the microstructure and properties of iron based and nickel base coatings by Ar arc cladding technology.The hardness of substrate was significantly improved with Ar arc cladding coatings and Ar arc cladding technology examples of the applications in practical work were pointed out.
