摘要
探讨了Q235钢在溶液中快速微弧渗碳过程。通过观察渗碳过程、渗碳金相组织,借助SEM观测渗碳层形态,利用显微硬度计测试表面硬度,初步认识了溶液中快速微弧渗碳工艺的条件和过程。结果表明,在电压150 V左右,对试样微弧渗碳15 min后,试样表面化合物层的硬度能达到710 HV左右,约为基体硬度的4倍。
Microarc-carburizing of Q235 steel in the aqueous solution was studied.The morphology was observed by SEM;microhardness of the coating was evaluated by optical microscopy;the condition and mechanism of the film formation were discussed.The results show that the hardness of the coating on the substrate reaches 710 HV,as 4 times than that of the matrix,when the voltage is 150 V,after microarc-carburizing lasting for 15 min.
