摘要
通过金相观察、显微硬度测试以及寿命试验,对X10CrNi18-8-1.4310不锈钢弹簧片的失效原因进行了分析。结果表明,材料的热处理工艺不合理是造成弹簧片在低周应力循环下出现疲劳失效的主要原因。同时,试验结果表明,通过弹性曲线分析的检验,可以减少次品的流入,提高簧片产品的可靠性。
The failure causes of stainless steel X10CrNi18-8-1.4310 were analyzed by metallographic observations,hardness testing and life testing.The results show that the unpropered heat treatment is the main reason for the fatigue failure of spring piece under the low cycle stress.Meanwhile,the results show that the test of elastic curve can reduce the inflow of defects and improve the product reliability of reed.
