磷酸腺苷激活的蛋白激酶与糖尿病视网膜病变新生血管的关系
摘要
糖尿病微血管并发症包括糖尿病视网膜病变、早产儿视网膜病变、老年性黄斑变性等致盲性眼病,均以新生血管形成为主要病理特点。磷酸腺苷激活的蛋白激酶(AMPK)参与机体的多种代谢过程,对组织细胞缺血缺氧时新生血管形成起着关键性调节作用。丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶/AMPK、AMPK/蛋白激酶B/一氧化氮合成酶、AMPK/血管内皮生长因子等多种信号通路可通过AMPK介导的各种途径促进新生血管的形成。现就AMPK与糖尿病视网膜病变中新生血管形成的关系作一综述,以期为新生血管性疾病的防治提供新的思路。
