摘要
利用热轧机组轧制试验研究了热机械控制(TMCP)工艺及轧后辊道待温时间对双相不锈钢2205厚板综合性能的影响。结果表明,TMCP态与热轧退火态相比铁素体含量更高;抗拉强度和硬度提高较多;塑性、低温冲击韧性和耐点腐蚀性能相当。随着辊道待温时间的增加,铁素体含量不断减少,相界处锯齿状奥氏体增多并最终融合形成岛状奥氏体。同时材料的抗拉强度、硬度和冲击韧性先增大后减小,在150 s时达到最大;耐点腐蚀性能则逐渐下降。
Effects of TMCP and roll bed cooling time on mechanical properties of duplex stainless steel 2205 heavy plate were studied by using a hot rolling experiment.The results show that ferrite volume fraction,tensile strength and hardness of the TMCP steel are higher than those of the hot rolled-annealed one while their elongation,low temperature impact toughness and pitting corrosion resistance are similar.As roll bed cooling time increases,amount of zigzag austenite at grain boundaries increases to island austenite eventually.Ferrite volume content reduces and pitting corrosion rate increases while tensile strength,hardness and impact toughness increase to peak value at 150 s and then decrease for the TMCP steel with increasing of roll bed cooling time.
