摘要
采用应力松弛法研究了变形量对含Nb-Mo钢中碳氮化物析出开始时间Ps的影响。结果表明:变形量越大,Ps越小;变形量为10%和15%时,最快析出温度均在875℃左右;Ps分别为6.6 s和6.2 s。预应变较小时Ps对温度变化比较敏感。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)和透射电镜(TEM)对不同温度下的析出相进行了分析。结果表明:变形奥氏体中的碳氮化物主要沿晶界和位错析出,温度较低时有少量在晶内析出。
With stress relaxation method,the influence of deformation on precipitation start time(Ps) of carbonitride in Nb-Mo micro-alloyed steel was investigated.The results indicate that the Ps decreases with the increasing of deformation.At 875 ℃,the fastest precipitation temperature,Ps is 6.6 s and 6.2 s,when the deformation is 10% and 15%,respectively.With smaller deformation,Ps is sensitive to temperature.Morphology,composition and locations of precipitates were analyzed by SEM,EDS and TEM.It is found that precipitates mainly form along grain boundaries and dislocations and a few of precipitation is observed in deformed austenite at lower temperature.
