摘要
交感神经系统在高血压发生发展中发挥了重要作用。儿茶酚胺是交感神经的神经递质,主要包括肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素和多巴胺。循环系统中一定浓度的儿茶酚胺对维持正常血压具有重要生理意义,但其异常增高则可以通过增加阻力血管张力,增强氧化应激,诱导细胞凋亡等其他方式导致高血压的发病。儿茶酚胺在血中浓度的高低一方面受其合成、
