摘要
目的观察手法整复结合中药熏洗治疗跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法 46例跟骨骨折患者采用手法整复及中药熏洗治疗,观察临床疗效。结果临床疗效优者26例,良者18例,差者2例,总优良率为95.65%。结论手法整复结合中药熏洗对跟骨骨折疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of manual reduction and herbal fumigation in the treatment of calcaneal fracture.Methods Forty-six subjects were treated by manual reduction and herbal fumigation,and the clinical efficacy was observed.Results Twenty-six cases achieved excellent results,18 cases good results and 2 cases poor results,and the overall effective rate was 95.65%.Conclusion Manual reduction and herbal fumigation is quite effective for calcaneal fracture.
