酸甘生津方及其拆方对干燥综合征小鼠血清IgG含量及颌下腺BAFF表达的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察酸甘生津方及其拆方对干燥综合征(SS)模型小鼠血清IgG含量及颌下腺BAFF表达的影响。方法将60只BALB/C小鼠随机分为全方组、养阴组、活血组、解毒组、模型组及空白组,除空白组外其余各组小鼠均采用同种小鼠颌下腺接种方法造模。造模第3周起,分别予以酸甘生津方全方及其拆方制剂灌胃,模型组及空白组给予等量蒸馏水灌胃。干预2周后观察各组小鼠血清IgG含量及颌下腺组织BAFF表达水平。结果与空白组比较,模型组小鼠血清IgG含量、BAFF表达水平均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,各药物组小鼠血清IgG含量、BAFF表达水平均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。各药物组之间比较,小鼠血清IgG含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与全方组比较,3个拆方组BAFF表达水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与解毒组比较,养阴组与活血组BAFF表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);养阴组与活血组之间比较,BAFF表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论酸甘生津方及其拆方均能有效降低SS疾病模型小鼠血清IgG含量,显著抑制SS模型小鼠颌下腺组织BAFF过度表达,全方组效果最佳,这可能是其有效治疗SS的作用机制之一。 Objective To observe the "Suangan Shengjin Decoction" and its decomposed prescription on serum IgG and expression of submaxillay gland BAFF in rats with Sjogren syndrome(SS).Methods Sixty BALB/C mice were randomized into complete prescription group,nourishing yin group,blood-activating group,toxin-resolving group,model group and blank group.Except for blank group,the mice models in the other groups were established by submandibular gland vaccination method.The models were treated by intragastric administration with "Suangan Shengjin Decoction" and its decomposed prescription after 3 months.The mice in model group and blank group were treated with the same quantity of distilled water.The serum IgG and expression of submaxillay gland BAFF were observed after 2 weeks treatment,and the therapeutic effects were compared among the groups.Results There was significant difference in IgG and expression of BAFF between blank group and model group(P0.01).Compared with model group,the content of IgG and expression of BAFF in all medicine groups were decreased significantly(P0.01).No significant difference in IgG among the medicine groups(P0.05);compared with complete prescription group,there were significant difference in BAFF expression in 3 decomposed prescription groups(P0.01);compared with toxin-resolving group,there was significant difference in expression of BAFF in nourishing yin group and blood-activating group(P0.01);no significant difference was found in expression of BAFF between nourishing yin group and blood-activating group(P0.05).Conclusion "Suangan Shengjin Decoction" and its decomposed composition can low the content of serum IgG effectively and restrained expression of submaxillay gland BAFF significantly in mice with SS.The therapeutic effect of complete prescription is the best,and this might be the mechanism for the treatment of SS.
