图书馆:外来务工人员的新家园——东阳市图书馆的服务实践与设想

外来务工人员是现代城市建设和运行的主要力量,但因种种原因,他们的文化权益得不到保障。东阳市图书馆在为外来务工人员服务方面做出了一定的尝试与实践,如免费办理借阅证、与外来务工子弟结读书对子、主动送书上门、关注"横漂一族"等,在未来工作中也设想开展移动阅读、就业信息咨询、职能培训等服务。

Migrant workers is the construction and operation of the major forces of the modern city,but for various reasons,their cultural rights and interests can not be guaranteed.Dongyang library services for migrant workers to make the attempt and practice,such as free to apply for library cards,and migrant children bear readingpairs,take the initiative to send books home,concerned about the ＂cross-drifters＂ in the future the work envisaged in the mobile reading,employment counseling,and the functions of training and other services.
