非对称可逆轴流风机S型翼型的设计与性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 S型叶片是可逆风机中较理想的叶片型式。在前人研究的基础上,本文采用NACA系列叶片作为原始翼型,设计出多种新型不对称双头双机翼S型翼型。分析这几种可逆式轴流风机翼型的数值模拟结果,比较流场分布规律,寻找到一种适合于设计工况下正、反双向吹风的地铁用可逆式轴流风机翼型。 S shaped blades are the ideal blade type used for reversible fans.On the basis of the previous studies,the NACA series blade was selected as the original airfoil in this paper,based on it,several new types of asymmetric S-shaped airfoil were designed with double-headed and double wings.The numerical simulation was conducted and the results were analyzed respectively for the reversible fans made up of the above different types of S-shaped airfoil.Through comparing the flow field distribution in different fans,an airfoil suitable for the reversible axial fans for metro was achieved with better forward and reverse performance under the design condition.
