摘要
为了研究短叶片对后向式离心通风机性能的影响,对某风机厂的JMF№4.3A型离心风机加短叶片的叶轮模型进行了数值研究。数值方法采用RNG k-ε湍流模型和SIMPLEC算法。主要研究了长短叶片数、短叶片长度、短叶片周向位置以及短叶片的安装角度对后向式离心通风机性能的影响。为方便比较,计算结果做成了无因次曲线的形式。结果表明:对后向式离心通风机而言,短叶片长度影响风机的做功能力和效率;短叶片的周向位置则对压力和效率均有较大影响,特别是对效率的影响最大;而短叶片的安装角度则对风机的性能影响较小。
In order to investigate the effects of the short blades on backward centrifugal fan,numerical investigations were carried on JMF No.4.3A fan impeller models with short blades.RNGk-ε turbulence model and SIMPLEC algorithm were used to investigate the effects of the number of the blades,the length,the circumferential position and the installation angle of short blades on the performance of fan.In order to compare easily,the results were made into dimensionless curves.The results show that,for backward centrifugal fan,the length of short blades affects the ability to do work and efficiency,the circumferential position greatly affects both pressure and efficiency,more on efficiency and the installation angle affects the performance of fan little.
