摘要
针对我公司4#高炉煤气系统TRT发电机组换型改造后试车轴瓦振动大,通过对机组振动数据采集分析,准确判断故障,消除了发电机组轴瓦振动故障,保证设备安全运行。
Aiming at the severe vibration of bush while testing after transformation of NO.4 blast furnace coal gas system TRT generator units,the fault is judged accurately based on collecting and analyzing vibration data of units.The bush vibration fault of generator units is eliminated and the system is operating safely.
