摘要
介绍了空分装置中大型机组的日常管理与维护十余年的管理经验,从"人、机、料、法、环"等方面开展对大型机组的日常管理工作,为空分装置大型机组的"安、稳、长、满、优"运行打下良好的基础。
This paper has introduced the management experiments more than ten years about routine management and maintenance of large unit in air separation installation.The routine management is carried out from the aspects of＂person,machine,material,method and environment＂,which provides a good foundation for the＂safe,stable,long,full and optimized＂operation of large unit of air seperation plant.
