随着低碳经济在全球范围内的影响不断加大,旅游业低碳化发展也逐渐成为人们关注的热点问题。旅游业不是"零碳排放"产业,存在着一定量的碳排放和污染排放。因此,有必要从旅游目的地系统的低碳化建设、旅游出行系统低碳技术应用与低碳服务的实施、旅游客源市场系统低碳理念的培育、旅游业低碳化发展政策的制定以及资金、技术、人才策略的实施等方面探寻旅游业低碳化发展的有效途径。

Tourism is an industry that produces a certain amount of carbon emissions and pollution emissions rather than ＂without emitting any carbon＂, so it is necessary to seek efficient development approaches for the low-carbon development of tourism in the domain of the low-carbon construction of tourism destination system, the application of lowcarbon technique and the implementation of low-carbon service in travel system, the cultivation of low-carbon consciousness in tourist market system, laying down the policy of low-carbon development, as well as policy enforcement of capital, technology and talents, etc.
