摘要
合成了1,4,7-三甲基三氮杂环壬烷(Me3tacn),以Me3tacn为原料与CoⅡCl2·6H2O反应,制备[Co2ⅡCl3(Me3tacn)2]·[CoⅡCl3(H2O)3]环多胺型仿酶金属配合物催化剂,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱和元素分析的方法对合成的金属配合物进行表征.将这种仿酶金属配合物应用于棉织物的温堆漂白工艺试验,探讨了温度、配合物浓度及稳定剂质量浓度3种因素对双氧水漂白棉织物效果的影响.研究结果表明,在80℃条件下,环多胺金属配合物浓度为12μmol/L,稳定剂XT-A质量浓度为1g/L时,漂白棉织物的白度为78.1%,且强力损失小.与传统漂白工艺相比较,应用环多胺金属配合物催化双氧水漂白棉织物工艺在一定程度上实现了低温低碱漂白.
N,N,N-trimethyl-1,4,7-triazacyclononane (Me3tacn) was prepared firstly,then one novel metal complex [CoⅡ2Cl3(Me3tacn)2]·[CoⅡCl3(H2O)3] was synthesized by the reaction of CoⅡCl2·6H2O with the ligand.The product was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and elemental analyses.In addition,the new complex was used in hot pad-batch bleaching process of cotton fabric,the effects of temperature,the concentration of the complex,and the mass fraction of the stabilizer on the catalytic decomposition of hydrogen peroxide were discussed.The experimental results showed that,under the condition of 80℃,used the complex as the activator,the optimum bleaching recipe was that metal complex was 12μmol/L,stabilizer XT-A was 1.0 g/L.The bleaching enhances the whiteness index to 78.1% with little decreases of breaking strength of the fabric.The application of the new metal complex generated a lower bleaching temperature and pH value to some extent compared to the traditional bleaching process.
