Comparative Research of Slaughter Performance on Hezuo Pig under Different Rearing Manners

放牧组合作猪和舍饲组合作猪胴体性状差异较大。宰前活重、胴体重、净肉重、骨重、板油、屠宰率、皮重、眼肌面积、大肠长度、大肠重量、小肠长度、小肠重量、花油重量、头重、蹄重、血重、胃重、肝重、肺重、肾重、心重存在差异极显著(P<0.01);肉骨比和脾差异不显著(P>0.05)。

Carcass characteristics of pasture feeding and house feeding were significant difference.Many indexes were remarkably difference（P0.01）,including live weight,carcass weight,net meat weight,bone weight,leaf fat weight,dressing percentage,skin weight,loin eye area,large intestine length and weight,small intestine length and weight,fat weight,head weight,hoof weight,blood weight,stomach weight,liver weight,lung weight,kidney weight and heart weight.However,meat bone ratio and spleen were nonsignificant difference（P0.05）.
