添加菌渣配制发酵床养猪效果试验

Study on Effect of Adding Mushroom Residue for Dispensing Ferment Bed in Pig Raising

针对发酵床主要制备原料锯沫的严重缺乏问题,采用天水众兴菌业生产金针菇的菌渣代替部分锯末制作发酵床,观察发酵床养猪效果。结果表明:在发酵时间、发酵床表面及不同深度的温度、猪上床饲养的健康状况与生长性状方面,添加菌渣的发酵床与锯末或添加稻壳的发酵床效果相当,都能形成稳定的循环,保障猪的正常生长。但添加菌渣的发酵床下沉速度相对较快,发酵床垫料用锯末50%、菌渣50%的比例为添加菌渣的最佳配比。

Due to lack of sawdust in fermentation beds,the mushroom residue of flammulina production in the Tianshui Zhongxing bacteria industry was substituted for the part of the sawdust.The results indicated that the fermentation bed adding mushroom residue has insignificant difference with that adding sawdust or rice husk in fermentation time,the temperature of the surface and different depths in fermentation bed,the pigs＇ health status and growth traits.However,the sinking speed of the fermentation beds adding the mushroom residue was faster than that adding sawdust or rice husk.The best ratio of fermentation padding beds is 50% sawdust and 50% mushroom residue.
