腹腔内窥镜移植法对绵羊冻胚移植产羔率的影响

Effect of Abdominal Endoscopy Transplanting on Sheep Frozen Embryo Lambing Rate

本实验对不同移植方法进行绵羊冻胚移植的产羔率和工作效率进行统计分析,结果表明,采用腹腔镜移植法产羔率(44.55%)高于常规手术移植法(43.55%),但二者之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。而腹腔镜移植法(23只/h)明显比常规手术移植法(5只/h)快,可提高工作效率4倍以上,因此,采用腹腔镜移植法对绵羊胚胎移植工作具有改进意义。

Analysis was conducted on lambing rate and work efficiency of different sheep frozen embryo transplanting ways.The results demonstrated that lambing rate adopting abdominal endoscopy（44.55%） was higher than routine operation way（43.55%）,however,there was no significant difference（P0.05）.Abdominal endoscopy transplanting way（23 sheep/h） was faster than routine operation way（5 sheep/h）,work efficiency was increased 4 times.Therefore,it is meaningful to adopting abdominal endoscopy transplanting way in sheep embryo transfer.
