摘要
教师是学校的主体,依托优秀教学团队的发展,寻求促进教师专业化建设及学校内涵发展之路,可谓一举双得。吉林农业大学"动物微生物学"系列课程教学团队于2007年获批为首批吉林省优秀教学团队。多年实践证明:设置合理教学梯队、实化教学改革、将科研转化教学,以学科为发展沃土,以人为本,给予教师最大的发展空间,是实现教师专业化建设、保证教学质量、促进学校内涵发展的有效途径,值得借鉴与参考。
It was useful to develop teacher professionalism depending on teaching team.Animal Microbiology series of curse teaching team of Jilin Agricultural University was awarded excellent team of Jilin province in 2007.Practice had proved that reasonable teaching team,real teaching reform,turning scientific research into teaching,subject superiority and teacher's development space were the most effective way for teacher professionalism,teaching quality and university content development.
