有机无机复混肥对大白菜产量和品质的影响 被引量:3

摘要 通过田间微区试验和室内分析相结合的研究方法,在等量氮磷钾条件下,研究了以鸡粪和猪粪为主要原料的两种有机无机复混肥对大白菜产量和品质的影响,结果表明:施用鸡粪有机无机复混肥和猪粪有机无机复混肥均比单施化肥具有显著增产效果,其中鸡粪有机无机复混肥更为突出。同时,在等量氮磷钾条件下,施用鸡粪有机无机复混肥和猪粪有机无机复混肥均比单施化肥极显著提高了大白菜的总糖含量和Vc的含量,鸡粪有机无机复混肥仍更为突出;此外,还可极为显著地降低大白菜的硝酸盐含量。 The field micro-spot trails and lab analysis method were carried out to study the effect of the application of chicken and swine manure organic and inorganic compound fertilizer(OAICF) to the yield and quality of Chinese cabbage with the same dosage of chemical fertilizer.The result showed that the yield-increasing with the application of manure OAICF than the chemical fertilizer used only,the difference was significantly,and chicken manure fertilizer was more prominent.Meanwhile,the total sugar and vitamin C contents of Chinese cabbage were significantly increased with the application of chicken and swine manure OAICF which latter was still more prominent.furthermore it could also reduce nitrate content of Chinese cabbage significantly.
