摘要
为了评价黔产地稔药材的质量,建立地稔药材规范化种植基地,采用高效液相色谱法测定了贵州不同产地地稔药材中的没食子酸和芦丁含量。结果表明:黔产7个地稔药材样品中的没食子酸和芦丁含量分别为0.519 5%~0.964 3%和0.025 43%~0.093 22%,平均加样回收率为100.18%(RSD=1.02%)和99.59%(RSD=1.4%),其中,龙里地稔药材中的没食子酸和芦丁含量最高,分别为0.9643%和0.093 22%。结论:1)龙里可作为贵州地稔药材规范化种植基地;2)建立了操作简便、准确性高、重复性好的地稔药材质量检测方法。
The gallic acid and rutin content in M.dodecandrum samples from different producing areas in Guizhou was detected by HPLC to evaluate quality of M.dodecandrum and provide the scientific basis for building the standardization cultivation base of M.dodecandrum.The results showed that the gallic acid content and average recovery rate of seven tested M.dodecandrum samples were 0.519 5%~0.964 3% and 100.18%(RSD= 1.02%),and the rutin content and average recovery rate of seven tested M.dodecandrum samples were 0.025 43%~0.093 22% and 99.59%(RSD= 1.4%)respectively.The gallic acid and rutin content of M.dodecandrum samples from Longli County reached 0.964 3% and 0.093 22% separately.In conclusion: 1)The standardization cultivation base of M.dodecandrum should be built in Longli County of Guizhou Province;2) The detection method with simplicity,high accuracy and good repeatability for quality determination of M.dodecandrum was established successfully.
