CSEA与CEA在前列腺增生患者经尿道前列腺电切术中的临床研究

Clinical research of CSEA and CEA on transurethral prostatic resection in the treating of benign prostate hyperplasia patients

目的探讨连续硬膜外麻醉(CEA)与腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉(CSEA)在前列腺增生(BPH)患者经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)中的有效性和安全性。方法采用随机双盲对照试验设计,将120例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级择期行TURP的BPH患者按照1∶1的比例随机分配至试验组和对照组。试验组采用CSEA,对照组采用CEA。结果试验组感觉阻滞和运动阻滞效果均明显优于对照组(均P<0.05);试验组麻醉完善率(75.0%)明显高于对照组(46.7%)(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率(8.3%)明显低于对照组(21.7%)(P<0.05)。结论 CSEA用于TURP,起效更快,麻醉更完善,并发症更少,相比CEA具有明显优势,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To invrstigate its validity and security of CSEA and CEA on transurethral prostatic resection in the treating of benign prostate hyperplasia patients.Methods Adopt contrast the test design double and blindly at random,a total of 120 patients of ASAⅠ~Ⅱ grade scheduled for TURP for BPH patients were divided into the test group and the control group according to 1： 1 in proportion.The test group used CSEA methods,the control group used CEA.Results The onset time of sensory block and motor block in test group were better than that in the control group（P0.05）;Perfect rate of anesthesia in test group（75.0%） was significantly higher than that in the control group（46.7%）（P0.05）;complication rate in test group（8.3%） was significantly lower than that in the control group（21.7%）（P0.05）.Conclusion CSEA applied TURP,has faster onset time,the anesthesia is more perfect,fewer complications,compared with CEA,is more worthy of clinical application.
