摘要
目的研究4种碱性物质对邻苯二甲醛杀菌效果的增强作用。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法,对经不同碱性调节剂复配的邻苯二甲醛杀灭细菌芽孢的效果进行了观察。结果用碳酸氢钠、氢氧化钠、磷酸氢二钠、三乙醇胺分别将浓度为5 500 mg/L邻苯二甲醛溶液的pH调整为8.0,对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用7 h,平均杀灭对数值依次为2.94、1.05、5.79、1.27。相同浓度的单方邻苯二甲醛杀灭对数值仅为0.58。结论四种碱性调节剂中,以磷酸氢二钠对邻苯二甲醛的增效作用最强,以氢氧化钠增效作用最差。
Objective To study the enhancement efficacy about four alkaline substances for the germicidal effect of ortho-phthalaldehyde.Methods Carrier quantitative germicidal test was used to carry out to observe the different alkaline modifier enhance the efficacy of ortho-phthalaldehyde in killing spores.Results Adjusted the pH value of 5 500 mg/L ortho-phthalaldehyde aqueous solution to 8.0 with sodium bicarbonate,sodium hydroxide,disodium hydrogen phosphate and triethanolamine respectively.The Bacillus subtilis var.niger spores on carrier exposed to the above four solution for 7 hours,the average killing logarithm were 2.94,1.05,5.79,1.27 respectively.The average killing logarithm of pure ortho-phthalaldehyde aqueous solution was only 0.58.Conclusion Disodium hydrogen phosphate is the best and sodium hydroxide is the worst in the four alkaline modifier on efficacy enhancement of ortho-phthalaldehyde.
